Maciej is a multi-award-winning technology innovator and experimental product designer, with a passion for creating products that blend technology, psychology, and social interaction. He holds an MSc in Informatics and a Stanford certificate in Machine Learning.

Maciej led technical teams on groundbreaking digital projects for global brands such as Twitch, IBM, Nike, Airbnb, Amazon, and the BBC, including the iconic “Star Wars: Lightsaber Escape” second-screen WebGL game created with Google and Disney.

Karol is an award-winning Art Director and Design Lead with a passion for crafting visually stunning and technologically innovative experiences.

Previously Head of Design at UNIT9, he has spent over a decade shaping immersive digital experiences, blending storytelling, interaction, and cutting-edge technology. His work spans AR, VR, WebGL, and large-scale experiential design, earning prestigious accolades, including Cannes Lions Bronze and Silver in the Design category, among many others.

Karol has led the creative vision for numerous high-profile projects, including The MET Unframed and the reveal of the concept Bentley car EXP 100 GT. He has collaborated with global brands such as Google, Nike, Meta, Bentley, Formula 1, and Riot Games, ensuring every project pushes the boundaries of design, innovation, and engagement.
