
GPJ Agency and Slack partnered with us to bring their newest AI capabilities to life through a fully interactive, large-format experience.
We designed, animated and developed a 44-inch touchscreen installation that debuted at Dreamforce 2025 in San Francisco.
The experience invited attendees to choose their journey based on how they use Slack, on the go or at their desks. Each path unlocked a curated set of four scenario-based demos, highlighting real workflows powered by Slack AI.
Beyond showcasing the evolution of one of the world’s leading communication platforms, the installation also captured engagement data to support Slack’s ongoing product research. The result was an event-ready, visually immersive and strategically informative activation that demonstrated our ability to create dynamic physical experiences that merge storytelling, interaction and insight.



At U x Machina, we believe the future lies in experiences that feel natural, enhance understanding and inspire creativity.
To maximize reach at Dreamforce, the installation was deployed across four identical stations, allowing more attendees to explore the experience simultaneously. As a final deliverable, we created a fully interactive web-based experience, enabling users to navigate through eight scripted and animated videos, each approximately two minutes long showcasing a range of Slack AI use cases brought to life through clear storytelling and motion design.
